Slewing bearing also known as slewing ring bearing,turntable bearing.It contain outer ring,

inner ring,rolling body,seals.The material of our products are generally high alloy-structural

steels ,such as 42CrMo 50Mn.The slewing bearing can work normally at a temperature of

 -30ºC to +70ºC,and we can design special type as customer need.

 A slewing bearing or slew[ing] ring is a rotational rolling-element bearing that

typically supports a heavy but slow-turning or slow-oscillating load, often a horizontal platform such as a

conventional crane, a swing yarder, or the wind-facing platform of a horizontal-axis windmill. 

Raw material

Our excavator slewing bearings are made of high quality bar steel of 50Mn or 42CrMo which forged into

bearing rings strictly accordance with the national standards of forging.

Manufacturing Method

Raceway hardening

The bearing groove is quenched by the advanced automatic tracking induction quenching

equipment,which can accurately control the quenching hardness and hardening depth of the

groove,and ensure the slewing bearings are firm and durable.

Gear hardening

The single tooth quenching is adopted to ensure that the tooth surface and groove reach the

standard quenching hardness and the inside of the tooth is soft, which guarantees the high wear

resistance and impact resistance of the teeth, greatly improves the life of the teeth and reduces

the risk of broken teeth.

          with the CrossRoller Ring, cylindrical rollers are arranged crosswise, with each roller perpendicular 

to the adjacent roller, in a 90 V groove, separated from each other by a spacer retainer. This 

design allows just one bearing to receive loads in all directions including, radial, axial and moment loads.

Since the CrossRoller Ring achieves high rigidity despite the minimum possible dimensions of the inner and outer rings,

 it is optimal for applications such as joints and swiveling units of industrial robots,

 swiveling tables of machining centers, rotary units of manipulators, precision rotary tables, 

medical equipment, measuring instruments and IC manufacturing machines.
