1. When the excavator is going uphill, the driving wheel should be behind and the boom should be on top; when the excavator is going downhill, the driving wheel should be in the front and the boom should be behind. When going downhill, you should drive at a slow speed and no shifting is allowed on the way.

2. The excavator should not turn too fast when walking. If the curve is too big, it should turn in several times.

3. When the excavator is rotating, use the rotating clutch and the brake of the rotating mechanism to rotate smoothly, and it is forbidden to rotate sharply and emergency braking.

4. During the work of the excavator, repairs, maintenance, and tightening are strictly prohibited. If abnormal noise, peculiar smell, excessive temperature rise, etc. occur during work, stop and check immediately.

5. The bucket is not allowed to rotate or walk before leaving the ground.

6. When the crawler excavator is moving, the boom should be placed in the forward direction, and the height of the bucket from the ground should not exceed 1 meter.

7. When maintaining, overhauling, lubricating and replacing the pulley on the top of the boom, the boom should be dropped to the ground.

8. When digging, it is not advisable to eat too deep every time, and the bucket should not be too strong to avoid damage to the machinery or cause overturning accidents. When the bucket is falling, be careful not to go too fast, so as not to cause the lower frame to be unstable and the whole machine to shake back and forth.

9. In conjunction with the excavator operation, personnel who clean the bottom, level off, and repair the slope must work outside the excavator's gyration radius. If it is necessary to work within the radius of gyration of the excavator, the excavator must stop turning and turn off the pilot switch before working. At the same time, personnel on board and off board must cooperate closely to ensure safety.

10. Vehicles and pedestrians are not allowed to stay within the range of excavator loading activities. When unloading materials to a car, wait for the car to stop and the driver can turn the bucket to unload the material after the driver leaves the cab. When the excavator is rotating, try to avoid the bucket from passing over the top of the cab. When unloading, the bucket should be lowered as much as possible, but be careful not to collide with any part of the car.
