According to the ambient temperature, choose different brands and qualified fuels. Otherwise, low-quality fuel with high sulfur content will cause damage to the engine; diesel fuel must not be mixed with impurities, dust and water, otherwise the fuel pump will be worn prematurely; the excavator driver is required to fill up the fuel tank after daily work to avoid the fuel tank Water droplets are produced on the inner wall; open the drain valve at the bottom of the fuel tank to drain the water before daily operation.

Engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil management

Do not mix oils of different brands and grades; ensure that the oil is clean to avoid mixing of impurities (water, dust, particles, etc.); choose oils of different grades according to the ambient temperature and use, and if the ambient temperature is high, use the oil with high viscosity If the ambient temperature is low, use oil with a relatively small viscosity; gear oil has a higher viscosity to accommodate larger transmission loads; hydraulic oil has a smaller viscosity to increase liquid resistance.(It will affect the sun gear, ring gear and planetary gears in the planetary gearbox of the excavator.)

Smooth grease management

Smooth grease can reduce the abrasion of sports appearance. When storing smooth grease, be careful not to mix in dust, sand, water and other impurities; when filling, try to squeeze out all the old oil and wipe it clean to avoid sand and soil adhesion.

Maintenance of filter element

The filter element plays the role of filtering impurities in the oil or gas path, preventing impurities from invading parts and causing malfunctions; filter elements suitable for the machine should be used; various filter elements should be replaced regularly in accordance with the requirements of the (Operation and Maintenance Manual). Check whether there is metal attached to the old filter element. If metal particles are found, clean it in time.

In addition, when the excavator fails to work, please do not continue to use it for operations to avoid unnecessary damage.
