Therefore, owners are advised not to take risks and start work in heavy rain. Safety is always the first priority!

2. Rainwater is highly corrosive, so the excavator should be cleaned in time.

 In heavy rain, if the important parts of the excavator are not cleaned immediately, it is easy to cause sludge to accumulate in the gaps on the underside of the vehicle. Especially the chassis closest to the ground is greatly affected by road conditions and is very easy to rust. You must pay attention to cleaning and rust prevention.

 In addition, the acidic components in the rainwater have a strong corrosive effect on the paint surface of the excavator, which is easy to cause damage to the paint surface of the machine body. Therefore, in the rainy season, it is best to wax or seal the excavator. Glaze for lacquer finishing. Wear protective clothing for the excavator to prevent the paint from fading and aging.

3. It is important to pay attention to the location of the excavator when parking.

 If there are conditions on rainy days, it is best to park the excavator in the garage away from excessive humidity.

 If it is parked indoors for a long time, the working device should be kept dry and clean, so as not to rust and make the machine inefficient. Start the machine once every half month and operate all actions to charge the battery.

 If stored in the open for a long time, apply anti-rust oil on the piston rod of each cylinder; add grease to all moving parts: big and small arms, cylinder connecting pin sleeve; pay attention to check whether the fuel tank and hydraulic oil tank caps are tightly closed to avoid rain Seepage into the fuel tank causes unnecessary trouble.
