2. Replace diesel and engine oil.

  In winter, when the temperature around the excavator becomes low, the viscosity of various oils in the fuselage will increase, and it will become difficult to start the excavator. At this time, the operator should choose light diesel with low freezing point and good ignition performance and replace Engine oil with higher label.

3. Pay attention to the storage capacity of the excavator battery.

  The lower the ambient temperature, the lower the storage capacity of the excavator battery. The operator should pay attention to keeping the excavator battery warm. There are several methods that can be used as reference: the first is to prepare a quilt cover on the battery to keep it warm; the second is to directly remove the battery from the fuselage and store it in a warm room, and then install it when using it.

4. Cooling water needs to be discharged in time.

  When adding antifreeze to the cooling system of the excavator in winter, add it in proportion to the lowest temperature. If the excavator needs to be parked for a period of time, pay attention to emptying the cooling water in the engine at this time. When the water is discharged, the excavator should be idling before the flame is turned off. When the temperature of the cooling water drops below 60℃, the water does not burn hands before turning off the water. Note that the remaining water in the body must be completely drained to prevent it from freezing and expanding, causing the body to burst.
